He got away on his moped last week, but police say a Muncie man is now in custody. 29 year old Brandon Thomas Murphy is charged with resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, along with auto theft and reckless driving. He had been sought by police after they received a report of a man with a gun on the 3400 block of South Juniper Lane on September 14th.
