When Muncie Police arrived at 22 year old Dylan Moody’s East 29th Street apartment Friday, they had an overdose to deal with. A 17 year old was found unconscious and taken to the hospital. Moody, reports the Star Press, had a blue substance over his nostril and white crust on sides of his mouth. He was also found with drugs in his possession and was charged with dealing in a controlled substance.
