Delaware County Overdose Awareness Day is happening Tuesday, Aug. 31, with a series of events at the YMCA, 500 S. Mulberry St. The Star Press reports from 5:30 to 8 p.m., there will be an educational presentation, a panel discussion, a presentation on Narcan, and a guest speaker, followed by a balloon release in memory of overdose victims.
