A Muncie woman apparently made up a story about domestic abuse last year. The Star Press reports 36 year old Melissa Vivar is charged with perjury after telling Winchester Police that her boyfriend had knocked her down during an argument. During a later deposition, she recanted on that statement, saying she had slipped and fallen.
