A Muncie man is under arrest, charged with breaking into a home in the Morningside neighborhood. The Star Press reports 47 year old Donald Webster Guinn entered a house on East Princeton Avenue on Sunday and stole some items. When a woman in the home told him she had no money, he took off and was arrested on Monday.
