Police say A Muncie teenager was killed Saturday afternoon when his pickup truck left the road in Yorktwon and struck a tree. The Star Press reports 16 year old Devin Carter Jr. died at the scene following the 1:30pm crash . A passenger survived. That person was walking at the scene after the crash, and was later taken to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
