Dunkirk Dad Charged After Pot Found In Son’s School Tote Bag

A Dunkirk dad is charged after police say pot and paraphernalia were found in his son’s school tote. The boy is five and reportedly had two bags of marijuana and a grinder in his tote after visiting his father’s apartment in late May. 38 year old Joseph Randall is charged with a felony in connection with the crime.
