30 years behind bars for a Muncie man arrested twice in 13 days for dealing meth. 36 year old Kirk Daniel Kadinge pleaded guilty to two Level 2 felonies, each carrying up to 30 years in prison. The Muncie man was arrested twice on dealing charges in September 2018, after driving to Ohio to pick up a shipment of methamphetamine.
