Two years probation for a Delaware County man shot by Muncie police after he set his house on fire. 59 year old Gary Dale Mort pleaded guilty to arson, and a plea agreement placed a two-year limit on the sentence Mort received. The incident in question unfolded at Mort’s former home on the 3700 block of North Franklin Street, on June 29, 2018.
