A new medical complex is coming to Delaware County. According to the Star Press, Optum ande Delaware County Commissioners announced a new multi-million dollar development in northwest Muncie this week. The company plans to build new offices adjacent to the current American Health Network offices along Morrison Road. It’s a 25,000 square foot facility expected to cost just under $7 million.
