The Madison County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the death of a man who drowned early Tuesday morning. The Herald Bulletin reports the call came in at about 8am reporting a vehicle in a prive pond on the 5200 block of South County Road 450 East. There were two men in the vehicle when it entered the wate. One swam to the water’s bank and the second was in the water and not moving. That individual was pronounced dead.
