Police say a woman was shot and killed Sunday in Anderson and a person is under arrest. Officers were called to the 1500 block of Walton Street just before 1 p.m. after reports of shots fired. Officers found a woman suffering from multiple injuries. She died at the hospital. A suspect is in custody and the investigation continues.
