A reminder that Madison Street in Muncie will be closed to traffic in the vicinity of Cornerstone Park between 2-3 p.m. Sunday. At that time, a memorial service is being held for civil rights leader, public servant and local historian Hurley Goodall at Cornerstone Park, at the corner of Madison and Main streets downtown. That date would have been Goodall’s 94th birthday. Goodall died May 12.
