A Muncie man is under arrest, charged with murder. The Star Press reports 21 year old Gabriel Elijah Paul Taylor is being held without bond in the Delaware County jail. He’s charged in the shooting death of Dakawn Scott on May 12th. Police say the took place near the intersection of Fifth and Hackley streets. Scott, hit by two bullets, was pronounced dead at the scene.
