Coronavirus may be calming down in many areas, but close to 50% of the inmates at the Madison County Jail are either in isolation or quarantine because of it. The Herald Bulletin reports of the 249 inmates at the jail Tuesday, 51 were in isolation and 73 in quarantine for 14 days, according to the sheriff, who says they’re at a critical stage in terms of space at the lock up.
