They continue cleaning up a section of Buck Creek in Delaware County after Progress Rail discovered an accidental petroleum release at its Muncie locomotive manufacturing facility along Cowan Road. The Star Press reports a call came in last week of a red fuel-like substance in Buck Creek with no known source. The substance was determined to be off-road diesel.
