A Muncie woman whom police say led them on a chase this week is facing charges in Madison County. Police say 23 year old Sara Cooper is charged with resisting law enforcement, auto theft and possession of meth. Officers were checking on suspicious activity reports on East 59th Street and spotted an SUV reported stolen with Cooper behind the wheel. She sped off and was apprehended later in Frankton.
