Police are looking for whomever vandalized a Muncie Animal Care & Services truck over the weekend. It happened near the BSU campus and officials say supplies and equipment on board were damaged, including dog and cat food that was thrown on the truck and ground. It also appears as though someone was jumping on the hood and that a rock had been slammed into it.
