A woman from Kentucky who told police she came to Muncie to use her stimulus check to load up on methamphetamine is under arrest. The Star Press reports 39 year old Gara Renee Bolin, who used to live here, had 57 grams of meth, a set of digital scales and more than 10 syringes in her vehicle, according to police. She’s being held without bond in the Delaware County jail.
