In Anderson, a man is charged with attacking another man with a metal pipe. Jerry Hogge III was arrested, reports the Herald Bulletin, for attacking a manat the victim’s home on East 21st Street last month. Hogge was reportedly looking for another person and when the victim told him he had the wrong place, Hogge allegedly struck the man and took off.
