Two people have been charged in the Sunday shooting death of a Muncie man. 33 year old Robert Scott lll was found dead in a backyard near his home on the 2200 block of West Ninth Street. One of the two people charged is his former girlfriend, 26 year old Morgan Bell, along with 28 year old Brandon Hodge. They’re charged with murder and being held without bail.
