City of Muncie Neighborhoods are preparing for spring clean ups with the help of MSD. Neighborhoods that have signed up so far are: Riverside/Normal City, McKinley, Morningside, East Central, Industry and Old West End. If your neighborhood/association is interested in joining the Spring clean ups, applications are due April 1st. Dates available are Saturday May 1st, 8th, and 15th.
