City of Muncie advises Indiana Housing Now is accepting applications for up to 12 months of assistance for delinquent rent and utility accrued after April 1,2020. Renters can apply for themselves and landlords can apply on behalf of their tenants. The landlord does not have to participate in order for tenants to get assistance.
