It’s home detention for a Muncie man convicted of breaking into a Yorktown home. 27 year old Jeremy Tyler Thompson had pleaded guilty to burglary and was handed a five-year sentence with three years suspended. He’s already been behind bars for close to 400 days in connection with the break in back in 2016. Thompson was also ordered to pay his victim $2,000 in restitution.
