The Indiana Court of Appeals overturns a Muncie man’s robbery-related conviction stemming from a July 2015 homicide. The Star Press reports 21 year old Daveon L. Hendricks remains convicted of murder in the shooting death of 18-year-old Christian Orebaugh. Last week’s decision by the appeals court to vacate Hendricks’ conviction for conspiracy to commit robbery will not reduce the 55-year prison term the Muncie man received last February.
