After items were stolen from campers in the north campgrounds at Prairie Creek Reservoir, there are some gates going up to help create a more securea area. Officials there say they actually had more traffic than usual this summer due to social distancing concerns in so many places, but they too had to deal with COVID-related staffing issues. Apparently the suspected thieves in those rip offs are thought to be coming from the outside.
