The Indiana State Department of Health reported that Delaware County had 196 new cases with an additional death, the fifth one in a week. That brings the totals since the pandemic began to 8,039 confirmed cases and 127 deaths.The Star Press reports Delaware County also remains close to moving its color ranking to red, a line that officials have said it has been close to nearing for weeks. The positivity rate is 13.3%.
