Residents of some Muncie apartment complexes aren’t getting their mail as authorities probe a series of thefts. Those affected are having to pick up their mail at the U.S. post office at 501 W. Memorial Drive, reports the Star Press. Reportedly, several complexes, most of the them on the city’s north side, were identified as scenes of the thefts. Items were reportedly stolen from “centralized” boxes.
