Police say a Muncie woman intentionally struck a man she knows with her car. 21 year old Morgan Williams is charged with criminal recklessness with a vehicle, domestic battery and theft i n the incident. Police say a 21 year old man who shared a home with Williams was in the process of moving out when the incident happened. The victim reportedly accused Williams of taking some of his property.
