A Muncie man who was a passenger in a car struck by two semis Monday afternoon, died of his injuries. Police say 37 year old James Weaver died at the hospital after the vehicle he was in was hit by one semi on Muncie Bypass and another after the initial impact. The car was dragged about 100 feet.
