Two Anderson men face charges after a three county chase and crash. 53 year old Brian Chase and 30 year old Devan Phillips both had active warrants, say police, when they took off from police while driving in a rented U-Haul truck Wednesday night. The truck finally crashed about 15 miles into Ohio.
