In Delaware Circuit Court Tuesday, a Muncie woman testifed that her ex boyfriend fatally shoot the man she was dating in the parking lot of the south Muncie Walmart. The incident happened on February 6th and 32 year old Justin Bennett is accused in the shooting death of 24 year old Chase Woolums of Muncie. Police say Woolums was shot in the back as he ran away.
