A Muncie man whom police say broke into the northern Delaware County home of an acquaintance on Monday morning, was rounded up later in the day. Police also say 43 year old Chason Huser punched a man and woman at that address in the face and stole a wallet containing a debit card. Investigators add there was a second man with Huser identified as 31 year old James Troy, who was also arrested.
