A Madison Circuit Court judge is reviewing documents from boths sides regarding the proposed Lone Oak Solar Farm. Those opposed want to have a special use already granted for the project reversed while those in support wish that special use to stand. According to the Herald Bulletin, the Board of Zoning Appeals has twice voted for the $110 million project that is expected to generate 120 megawatts of electricity in northern Madison County.
