Space in the Muncie Mall is being turned into a community design center and Ball State University’s Urban Planning program is moving into a storefront there. Students can host meetings, conduct research and help plan for the community’s future, reports the Star Press. The storefront is 8,900 square feet and sits between Game Stop and Aeropostale.
