Groundbreaking is set for September 13th for a community outreach center proposed by Anderson First Church of the Nazarene. It won city approval for the 10,000 square foot build at 23rd and Meridian streets. The first phase is the 6,500-square-foot Community Room to be constructed along 23rd Street and attached to the existing church. Estimated cost of the project is roughly $1.3 million.
