Another Lawsuit Alleging Excessive Force By Muncie Police

Another lawsuit has been filed alleging excessive force by Muncie police officers. 47 year old Emanuel Montero claims he was punched, kicked and struck multiple times by officers during his arrest in May of 2018, and claims he was repeatedly shocked by an electronic stun device, causing substantial injuries.
