A crash in Randolph County claimed the life of a Winchester man Thursday. Police say 65 year old Ned A. Sickels crashed along Randolph County Road 1000-W south of County Road 55-S. He was driving his pickup south when the truck left the roadway and went into a drainage ditch. Police are investigating what led to the crash.
