Two women were taken into custody in Muncie Tuesday after an unidentified white powder later found to pose no danger was discovered in its city hall, prompting the building’s evacuation. The Star Press reports police are questioning the women based on surveillance video which showed them throwing the powder inside city hall. It’s not clear what their intentions were.
