An Upland man is accused of a seuxal assault on a Muncie woman in her home. 20 year old Justin Singer is accused of forcing himself on the victim, at times threatening her with a knife that he wore in a sheath around his neck. The victim says Singer also choked her and then spit on her as he left her house. The alleged incident happened on December 22nd.
