Muncie Action Plan is partnering with Next Muncie to put together another broad scale intensive community feedback and planning process. The announcement of the partnership was made at MAP’s annual community presentation on January 28th by MAP President Jenni Marsh and Next Muncie Co-Chairs Jeff Bird and Geoff Mearns.
