A Muncie man whom police say pointed a handgun at the temple of his girlfriend is charged with domestic battery and intimidation. 48 year old Richard Harless was arreted after the incident at a home on the northside early Tuesday morning. The alleged victim told Harless to leave the property but he confronted her in the garage several minutes later.
