For a second time, a U.S. District Court judge agreed to reschedule the criminal trial of Nikki Grigsby. The Muncie Sanitary District Supervisor was headed to trial February 10th, but the date is now scheduled for June 10th. She’s accused of commiting wire fraud, making false statements and falsification of documents in a federal investigation.
