Delaware County Coroner Rick Howell tells the Star Press he has been able to track down relatives of a man who died in the emergency room at IU Health Ball Memorial Sunday. Initially the efforts to find any hit a wall, but Howell said Monday he has tracked down relatives of 57 year old Billy Joe Clevenger.
