A Muncie man is charged with breaking into a downtown tattoo shop. 30 year old Christopher Berry of the 400 block of West Ninth Street was caught Saturday morning outside 111 Art Gallery at 111 E. Main St. He allegedly had several tattoo machines and other items in a large bag he was carrying.
