10 years behind bars for a Muncie man in connection with the severe beatings of two people at a local tavern. Earlier this month, a jury found 38 year old Eddie Vance lll guilty of battery resulting in serious bodily injury. He was sentenced to six and four year sentences on separate counts, to run consecutively in connection with the February attack at Gene’s Restaurant and Lounge.
