Two juveniles have been detained in connection with a car theft in Anderson. The vehicle was reported stolen and then spotted at about 11am on Madison Avenue. It later wrecked. One of the suspects was detained after a foot chase. The second was caught about an hour later. One of the two is being formally charged in the incident.
