A Muncie man being investigated for possibly selling a pair of stolen shoes, was found with heroin and meth in his pockets but told police the pants weren’t his. 31 year old Brandon Manzenberger of the 2300 block of East Cornell Avenue, was ultimately arrested Thursday for possession of meth and possession of heroin. He told police he put on someone else’s pants because he was in a hurry.
