A Muncie mother charge late last year for allegedly leaving her two sons home alone, is suing the city. The suit claims Taylor Cummings was falsely accused. Police claim she left her 8 year old son home from school to watch her four year old son who was sick, while she went to work.Police went to the home on a tip and found the boys watching the movie, Home Alone.
