A Henry County sex offender has been arrested on a gun charge 47-year-old David Lutz’s decision to possess a rifle resulted in a charge being filed against him. Lutz has been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, and the level 4 felony could carry up to 12 years in prison. The Henry County man is also facing charges of rape, and criminal confinement.
